Title says everything.  It’s about “Florence Fitness Festival’s Video” celebrated in florence on 2008. 

Then the day after took place in Zola Predosa (Bologna) the 2008 Italian Wushu Championship and for many experts the muscular quality had improved so much.

One keeps left with his/her mouths open admiring the figures that participated in that event. I have the pleasure to name some of the great team of athletes like:

e)Peter Putnam

The Festival itself was huge with athletes and vendors from all over Europe in attendance.  With exercise class demonstrations in everything from spinning to Mumba, extreme sports like inline skating and parkour, to countless fitness related vendors the whole city of Florence was hopping with exercise fever.
